 আদালতে হাজির হতে হবে তালাক যথাযথভাবে হয়নি জেনেও তামিমা সুলতানাকে বিয়ে করার অভিযোগে করা মামলায় ক্রিকেটার নাসির হোসেন, তাঁর স্ত্রী তামিমা সুলতানা ও তামিমার মা সুমি আক্তারকে আদালতে হাজির হতে সমন জারির আদেশ দিয়েছেন আদালত। ঢাকার চিফ মেট্রোপলিটন ম্যাজিস্ট্রেট (সিএমএম) আদালতের ম্যাজিস্ট্রেট মোহাম্মদ জসিম এই আদেশ দেন। প্রথম আলোকে এই তথ্য নিশ্চিত করেছেন ওই আদালতের বেঞ্চ সহকারী হেলাল উদ্দিন। আদালত সংশ্লিষ্ট সূত্রগুলো বলছে, এই মামলায় ক্রিকেটার নাসির হোসেন, তামিমা সুলতানা এবং সুমি আক্তারের বিরুদ্ধে আজ বৃহস্পতিবার তদন্ত প্রতিবেদন জমা দেয় পুলিশ ব্যুরো অব ইনভেস্টিগেশন (পিবিআই)। আদালতে পিবিআইয়ের প্রতিবেদন আমলে নিয়ে মামলার আসামি ক্রিকেটার নাসিরসহ তিনজনকে আগামী ৩১ অক্টোবর আদালতে হাজির হওয়ার জন্য সমন জারির আদেশ দেন। প্রতিবেদনে প্রসঙ্গে পিবিআইয়ের অতিরিক্ত পুলিশ সুপার আবু ইউসুফ প্রথম আলোকে বলেন, তালাক যথাযথভাবে হয়নি জেনেও ক্রিকেটার নাসির তামিমাকে বিয়ে করেন, সেই অভিযোগের সত্যতা মিলেছে। ডাক বিভাগের মাধ্যমে তালাকের নোটিশটিও সঠিক নয়। এখানে জালিয়াতির আশ্রয় নেওয়া হয়েছে। তালাক না হওয়ার তথ্য জানা সত্ত্বেও তালাক
